Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns made through our customer care email: info@slthelabel.com will receive a confirmation on return instructions via email for New Zealand/Australia orders
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging attached.
Returns will be assessed before processing. Expect up to 10 working days for refunds.
Shipping costs are refunded only in cases of incorrect or faulty items, subject to review by our customer care team.
Codes are single-use and cannot be reinstated.

Items marked as SALE cannot be returned.
Attempted returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
